Saul L. Glass is a graduate of Haverford College and the Boston University School of Law (J.D. cum laude 1984) where he served as Symposium and Articles Editor of the Boston University International Law Journal and was honored as a G. Joseph Tauro and Edward F. Hennessey scholar. Following law school, Saul began his career at the Manhattan law firm of Orenstein Snitow & Pauley, where he trained as a litigator. He worked on several significant cases, including Sedima v. Imrex and AFSCME v. Nassau County. He later moved to the firm of Zeichner Ellman & Krause (formerly Harvis & Zeichner) where he became a partner in 1993, and where he specialized in the representation of banks and other financial institutions in litigation, workouts and restructuring. While at the firm Saul represented some of the country's largest financial institutions including Citibank, Bank of America and GMAC, as well as Viacom. He left the firm in 1999 to start his own practice in Westchester County, thereafter opening a Manhattan office within the offices of his client, Toyota Tsusho America, Inc. Today Saul specializes in the representations of individuals and companies in most phases of their commercial activities, including business formation, asset acquisition and divestiture, commercial litigation, contracts and agreements, commercial leasing, banking, risk mitigation, and employment matters. His clients range from companies with billions of dollars in sales to new start-ups. Saul frequently serves as a judge in the Moot Court program at New York University School of Law and is a trained mediator.
